SMOOTHIE RECIPE

I love smoothies. They are super healthy and so nice in the morning or after a workout. This smoothie is one of my favorites so I would like to share the recipe with you :) 
  • frozen raspberries
  • tbsp linseeds
  • 1/2 tbsp linseed oil
  • tbsp hempseeds
  • tbsp chiaseeds
  • 100 ml yogurt
  • 250 ml almondmilk
So when you have all the ingredients you just put everything in a blender and that's it.
