Everytime I think about Paris I get homesick, which is silly because I never actually lived there.. I've been to Paris about 8/9 times now and everytime I visit I fall more and more in love. Maybe it's my next home? We'll see. Anyways, I found these photos from my last holiday there and just wanted to share them with you. My friend Mitchell took them in the Tuilieries Garden (such a beautiful place).

I hope you are all doing well <3

Hotel Daniel, that's the name of the hotel I stayed at last week while I was in Paris. You might have gotten curious after all the snaps and posts on instagram, so here is a full post about this amazing hotel :)

Hotel Daniel is a small luxury hotel, located in the heart of Paris (8th arrondissement), very close to the Champs Elysees. When you arrive at the hotel the first thing you will notice is the beautiful and super cozy lobby/lounge, where you can have high tea or sit and enjoy your breakfast in the morning. I love how they combined the 18th century style French decor with exotic influences and Oriental rugs, everything looked so elegant!

We arrived quite early at the hotel, but luckily for us the room was ready so we went upstairs right after we checked in. I was so excited to see the room! We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was so cozy, we felt at home right away. The curtains matched the hand made Chinese wallpaper and everything just looked amazing. I got even happier when I opened the bathroom door and saw there was a bathtub, I LOVE bathtubs! The bathroom was fully marble and had mirrors on almost every wall (perfect for doing make-up) and in the shower/bath there was Molton Brown bodywash/bathfoam and shampoo. I took a bath every day I was there haha, I loved it so much.

In the evening we decided we wanted to have breakfast in the room (because we both look so ugly in the morning ;p) so we ordered the American Breakfast (check out the menu here) which contains eggs, fresh fruit salad, fresh pressed juice, coffee, tea, yoghurt, Danish (!) pastry and a LOT more. So delicious, I looked forward to the breakfast every night. It was a perfect start to a lovely day in Paris.

I would definitely go back to this hotel, everything was perfect and the staff was really kind and helpfull.

If you got curious about the hotel, you can find more info or book a room via their website here. Right now they have a special offer where you can combine a night at Hotel Daniel with a lunch or dinner at restaurant Taillevent, a 2 Michelin star restaurant! Find out more about the offer here.

Thank you so much for this time Hotel Daniel, I really hope to see you soon!

Hi guys,

Super long time no see but I am back on the blog! So much has happened the last two months, the main reason I took a break from blog posting were my exams (as you might have seen on snapchat and instagram). It was a very stressful period with no sleep but I passed my exam with a fantastic grade so all the hard work was worth it. I will post the pictures of my exam collection soon so you all can see :)

ANYWAYS, last week I was in Paris with my friend Mitchell. We stayed at the lovely Hotel Daniel , which is located almost next to the Champs Elysees. Stay tuned because tomorrow I will upload a post about the hotel.
Mitchell was a little scared to go to Paris at first because of the terrorist attacks, but thank god nothing happened and we actually felt really safe in Paris. We did some shopping and went to some of the favorite restaurants; Cafe Marly, Matignon, L'Avenue and of course we had coffee and macarons at Ladurée. It was so much fun and I miss Paris already so hopefully I can go back soon!

I hope you all are having a lovely summer too <3

Ps. I have been thinking about making a youtube channel to and upload some Vlogs, what do you guys think of that and what would you like to see in the Vlogs? Let me know by sending an e-mail to :)

Bonjour! Here are some pictures of our second day in Paris. I did not take as many pictures as I wanted because unfortunately it started raining like crazy after we took these. But at least we got some pictures in front of the Arc the Triomphe :)

Hotel Balmoral is the beautiful hotel I stayed at during my last Paris trip. The hotel is 100 m away from the Champs Elysees, you couldn't wish for a more perfect location! I was really amazed by how beautiful the hotel is (as you can see in the picture above) and we really felt like home right away. The staff is super kind too and gave us a warm welcome. Then we went upstairs to see our suite! We had a huge room with a bathtub, 2 balconies and a walk-in closet. I loved how the room was decorated, really classy and Parisian with a modern twist. I mean, it was amazing as you can see on all the pictures <3

Another thing I really liked about the hotel was their courtyard. You could sit there with your breakfast or just a glass of wine, super cozy! Here they also had bikes you could borrow for free.

Now let's talk about the breakfast. I LOVED the breakfast. They have fresh bread and pastries prepared every morning by their chef pâtissier E. Kayser. Thank god for me they also had gluten-free bread! Not a lot of places have that so that is really fantastic service I think. Other than that there were fresh juices, coffee, salmon, french cheese (which is the best!), chicken, boiled, fried or scrambled eggs, or omelettes and a lot more delicious things.

All in all, I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Balmoral. The service is absolutely fantastic and I will definitely come back soon. Thank you so much for everything Hotel Balmoral!!
